Right, vision wise it is clearly too good an opportunity for you to have passed on, and you pulled the idea off perfectly. 5/5
Originality wise, it could be considered a safe bet, a Nightmare Night themed vector using both Princess Luna and a Pumpkin, but I have seen surprisingly little of it so far. 4.5/5
Your technique is pretty solid. I am not sure how much vectoring you have done in the past, but this looks pretty good. There are a few points, particularly in the mane and tail, where the lines are a little wobbly, or otherwise not perfect (which is only a minor criticism in reality), and perhaps the eyes are could use a tiny bit more attention. Otherwise I can't really fault your technique. All in all a well executed technique. 4.5/5
For the impact, I personally find the image to be amusing, and Luna looks pretty darn adorable right there, so that gets a good 4.5/5 from me.
Overall I'd give this piece a 4.5/5, and a personal thumbs up from me
